1. What you get. The free audit is free. A Solo purchase ($29, one-time) unlocks full downloads for your own use. An Agency purchase ($79, one-time) unlocks them for unlimited client accounts for 12 months. Keys are for the buyer's organisation only; don't share or publish them.
2. Your responsibility. AudienceTrim suggests contacts to archive; you decide what to do in Mailchimp. Keep your original exports. Savings estimates are approximations, and Mailchimp's own billing is authoritative.
3. No affiliation. AudienceTrim isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Mailchimp or Intuit.
4. Refunds. If the audit finds nothing to archive, or the tool doesn't work with your export, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
5. Warranty. Provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
6. Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your card statement as THE PICNIC COLLECTIVE. The seller is The Picnic Shoppe LLC (dba The Picnic Collective).
